In the UK we use Royal Mail to safely deliver all orders to our couriers.

If you have any specific requirements for delivery, or if you would like your goods urgently, we do have an option for this at an extra cost, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

All of our products are made to order. Our standard production time is 3 to 5 working days.

All orders are delivered via UPS, DHL or Royal Mail to ensure your order arrives quickly & safely.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via our secure online checkout process. All card payments are processed securely via Stripe.

28-Day No Hassle Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it for you free of charge, or offer you a refund for your purchase. Delivery charges are non-refundable.


Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel it as we make all items on our website to order.

Missing Deliveries

In the rare event your delivery is lost in transit, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge. A refund will not be issued.
